Les Grands Nots is an exceptional cuvée made exclusively from the finest first press juices, or têtes de cuvée. Aged in sixth-use oak barrels with complete malolactic fermentation, it matures on its lees for six months before fining and bottling without filtration. On the nose, it presents a delightful bouquet of ripe fruits with subtle oxidative notes. The palate features an enticing fullness, elegant bubbles, and refreshing smoothness, making it ideal as an apéritif or with iodized dishes. Composed of 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir, and 33% Chardonnay from the 2010 vintage, it leaves a lasting impression of nuanced fruitiness and complexity.
