Since 1974, Jermann has crafted this italy pinot grigio from Friuli vineyards, fermented as a white wine and aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for six months to preserve freshness and fragrance.
Intense straw-yellow, it opens with salt-and-pepper minerals, green apples, ripe pear and orange blossom aromas. The palate is dry, velvety and full-bodied, tingling with crisp acidity, wet stone and zesty lemon notes, closing long and savory, elevating the category well beyond typical everyday pinot grigio.
