This exquisite Pinot Noir is a masterful blend, crafted from various lots sourced from different blocks, each elaborated separately to achieve the finest expression of Sanrmito's unique terroir. The meticulous blending process enhances the elegant and delicate profile of the Pinot Noir, truly capturing the essence of the region. Harvested in March, this wine undergoes fermentation in concrete vessels with a mix of 50% whole clusters and 50% de-stemmed grapes, utilizing carbonic maceration to develop fruity notes and aromatic complexity.

In the glass, it presents a delicate ruby red hue with subtle purple reflections. On the nose, it reveals a symphony of red fruits like cherries and strawberries, interwoven with spicy nuances of black pepper and cinnamon, complemented by mineral undertones that are emblematic of its distinctive terroir.
