This wine exhibits a deep magenta color and a complex aroma of dark red cherry, raspberry, blackberry, dried roses, cinnamon, clove, vanilla, dried earth, and cedar shavings. Initially drinkable as a pop-and-pour (PnP), the wine reaches its full potential after 3+ hours of air in the bottle, achieving perfect balance and purity. The palate is smooth, slightly peppery, and tongue-drying with fine acidity, leading to firm, full tannins on the longish finish. It's a flawlessly balanced and intricately crafted wine.
