The estate has expanded from 4 to 8 hectares since 2020, producing wines under organic and biodynamic conversion with minimal intervention—hand-harvesting in small crates, natural fermentation, and slight sulfur addition at bottling. This approach creates highly digestible wines that authentically express the Southwest French terroir.
