Subtle and transparent, the wine displays dried green apples, yogurt, lemon and lime rind, and oyster-shell minerality on both nose and palate. Full-bodied yet tight and intense, phenolics flow seamlessly through the wine with lightly chewy texture that remains polished and caressing. The 2022 vintage reveals impressive beeswax, honey, rich lemon curd, lemongrass, and gunsmoke notes.
