This Barolo DOCG is a red wine made entirely from Nebbiolo. It's aged for 24 months in large oak barrels, which gives a smoother, more rounded feel. Expect dark cherry, sage and licorice, with a firm, dry finish.
Serve it with braised beef, mushroom dishes or aged cheese. It suits red wine lovers who like a structured glass with a hearty dinner, ideally opened an hour or two ahead.
