Crafted from a 50/50 blend of Upper and Lower Yarra Valley estate and grower fruit with 30% whole bunch fermentation, this wine bursts with bright, perfumed aromas of red cherry skins, rhubarb, wild strawberry, and pink peppercorn spice with subtle forest floor and cedar notes. Vibrant and fresh, the nose reveals cherries and strawberries before lifting the glass, complemented by rose petals and gentle clove.
Silky & Complex Palate
Medium-bodied with a slippery, silky texture, the palate delivers juicy red to dark cherry, strawberry, and red plum with slightly grainy yet integrated tannins and savory spice.
