This Grand Cru cuvée is crafted from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay sourced from prime Ambonnay vineyards rooted in chalk, limestone, and clay-marl soils.

Produced entirely without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers, this wine undergoes natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfites (11 mg/L total). Extended aging on lees develops remarkable complexity while maintaining vibrant freshness.
Complex Richness & Mineral Elegance
The aromatic profile is broad and elegant with hazelnuts, candied orange peel, honey, dried apricot, white pepper, and yogurt notes.
