Buglioni is one of Valpolicella's most creative Italian wine estates, celebrated for its artisanal appassimento wines crafted with rare passion and precision. Il Monello, the estate's playful yet sophisticated Passito Bianco, is made from late-harvested Garganega grapes dried on bamboo racks to concentrate sugars and aromatics naturally, before careful fermentation and oak ageing deliver a wine of layered complexity and honeyed elegance.
Golden amber in the glass, Il Monello unfolds with an inviting bouquet of dried apricot, candied citrus, acacia honey, white peach, and toasted almond, leading to a lusciously sweet yet balanced palate with bright acidity and a long, aromatic finish.
