100% Sangiovese Grosso from galestro-clay soils at 500m elevation in Montalcino. Fermented with indigenous yeast at 22–24°C with frequent pump-overs, 15 days on skins, then aged 3 years in Slavonian oak and 6+ months in bottle.
- Nose: Cherry liqueur, polished leather, candied flowers, vanilla, and balsamic — brooding, fine, and persistent
- Palate: Medium-full bodied — tart cherry, raspberry, licorice, graphite, and silky rounded tannins with vibrant acidity
