This single-vineyard Blanc de Noirs champagne is 100% old-vine Pinot Noir from Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils. Fermented in enamelled steel with indigenous yeasts, zero dosage, low pressure bottling at 4.25 bars, and never fined nor filtered — a pure, uncompromising expression of terroir.
- Nose: Vibrant and spicy — rich strawberries, red cherries, potpourri, white peach, and a wild floral lift with striking aromatic purity
- Palate: Medium-bodied with pillowy, low-pressure mousse — ripe citrus, pear, red apple, soda salinity, and a beautifully vinous, mineral intensity
- Finish: Long, penetrating, and saline — shortbread, nougat, and red berry linger with chalk-driven precision and razor-sharp acidity
