A fourth-generation, family-run champagne from Bouzy Grand Cru since 1920, this Brut Nature blends 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, ferments spontaneously with native yeast in stainless steel, skips malolactic fermentation, and adds zero dosage sugar.
Forthright and pure, it opens with citrus, white peach, sweet orange peel and frangipane. The palate is fresh, juicy and dry, with gentle savory and umami notes building into pronounced minerality and salinity, closing long and saline—a genuine, unadorned expression of true grand cru terroir.
