A four-generation grower-Champagne house from the Premier Cru villages of Trépail and Avenay Val-d'Or on the Montagne de Reims, Fabrice Bertemes crafts entirely estate-grown Champagne aged 3–7 years in their own cellars - low dosage, traditional methods.
'Un + Un' — one Chardonnay plus one Pinot Noir — is an 80/20 blend of precision and personality, bottled fermented, aged on lees with no malolactic fermentation to preserve full aromatic complexity. The nose blooms with acacia, linden blossom, ripe peach and toasted brioche. The palate is vibrant and harmonious — pear, green apple, honey and caramel with a creamy mousse, high-energy acidity and an elegant, lingering floral finish. A underrated Premier Cru grower Champagne.
