Johannes Zillinger's Reflexion Kellerberg Grüner Veltliner 2023 comes from 45-year-old vines on limestone-sandstone soil in Austria's Weinviertel, hand-harvested from the second picking pass only. This biodynamic wine undergoes extended skin contact with whole-berry spontaneous fermentation, then rests five months on full lees.
Yellow-fleshed and spicy, it shows dense, layered fruit with a fine-grained, mineral-driven structure and a long finish.
