Captivating Complexity

On the nose, it reveals toasted brioche, baked apple tart, stone fruit, verbena, and vanilla pastry cream. The palate is creamy and precise, layered with ripe citrus, peach in syrup, hazelnut, and honeyed pastry richness, finished with a saline, lemon-zest lift. It pairs beautifully with Comté cheese, roasted shellfish, or truffled poultry.

173ème vs. 172ème Édition

While the 172ème (based on 2016) was taut, citrusy, and mineral-driven, the 173ème Édition—centered on the warmer 2017 harvest—is broader, rounder, and more generous in fruit tone.
