Crafted by Louis Roederer in collaboration with Philippe Starck, this zero-dosage wine comes from ten biodynamic hectares in Cumières, whole-cluster pressed with no blending and aged on lees nearly a year, with 31% vinified in oak.
Charming and refined, it opens with toasted almonds, yellow plum and citrus, unfolding into a creamy, saline palate of white flowers and chalk, closing long and precise — widely praised for its balance and purity.
