Fermented on the skins for several weeks using native yeasts, then aged in French oak, it reveals the true depth and versatility of this underrated variety.
The nose bursts with potpourri, dark cherry, cassis, and baking spice, while the palate delivers medium tannins, dark chocolate, blackberry, and a long, mineral-driven finish with earthy complexity and impeccable freshness.
