Pulenta Palma Carola White Blend 2020 brings together Sémillon, Viognier and Chardonnay from a vineyard planted in 1981 in Mendoza, Argentina. Half the blend is picked early and kept fresh in stainless steel; the rest is picked later and fermented in 500-litre French oak.
Vinous scores this wine 93 points, writing: "It opens with oak-derived notes of waffle, soft caramel and flan, followed by canned fruit, white peach and white flowers. Appealing. Broad and enveloping, with a creamy texture, it delivers a ripe, full profile, with a lingering trace of oak."
