Hand-harvested and cold-soaked, it bursts with ripe cherry, dark plum and complex five-spice aromas, with Shiraz adding layers of liquorice and cracked pepper.
The palate is richly textured yet beautifully poised — juicy red fruit and savoury undertones ride a rounded, velvety mid-palate to a long, fresh finish. Matured 12 months in large oak puncheons. Outstanding value. Drink now through 2029.
