Certified biodynamic and organic, Sadie Family's Columella sources old-vine Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, and Tinta Barocca from south Africa's Swartland. Fermented in open concrete tanks, aged 12 months in 5% new French oak, then 12 months in large foudre — unfined and unfiltered.
