The Sadie Family Palladius White 2021 is a complex and refined white blend from South Africa's Swartland region, primarily driven by old vine Chenin Blanc among 11 varieties. It shows vibrant aromas of stone fruits, citrus, white flowers, and subtle herbal and mineral notes. The palate is textured and layered, with a balance of fresh acidity and saline minerality, complemented by hints of almond, quince, and wax. Fermented naturally in concrete eggs and clay amphorae, aged 24 months with minimal oak influence, then bottled unfined and unfiltered, it offers a pure expression of terroir and elegance.
