Domaine Valentin Zusslin Riesling Les Chapelles 2022 captures 13 generations of Alsace craftsmanship. A blend from Bollenberg, Clos Liebenberg and Grand Cru Pfingstberg, it is vinified without additives, then aged for a year on fine lees in traditional large oak foudres for texture and harmony.
It is extraordinary for its citrus and lemon-balm freshness. Bone-dry, saline and precise, it layers lime zest, white peach, pear and herbal spice over a stony mineral core.
