Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella is a 100% barley malt and wheat lambic, spontaneously fermented with wild yeast and aged three years, unblended, in oak barrels with no secondary bottle fermentation.
Lemon zest, yellow apple and ripe pear open the nose, joined by raw almond, beeswax and damp stone. The palate is direct with fine spontaneous-fermentation acidity, unfolding through citrus and white fruit into a subtle oxidative veil, finishing long, dry and saline.
