The 2015 Brut La Grande Année was disgorged last year and has an eight grams per liter dosage. This wine has developed beautifully, showcasing a more robust, traditional Bollinger style compared to the unusually elegant and refined 2014 vintage that came before it. Aromas of pear, orange oil, and white flowers blend with hints of mocha, toasted hazelnuts, and fino sherry. It is medium to full-bodied, with a layered and textured profile, featuring a rich core of fruit supported by a chalky structure, leading to a lengthy, flavorful finish.
