This Champagne presents a clear, medium lemongreen hue with a nose of ripe green fruits, including yellow apples, white peach, and apricot, complemented by ripe citrus notes of lemon pith and a delicate chalky minerality. Elegant autolysis aromas of bread yeast and brioche, along with light toast from barrel aging, add complexity.
On the palate, it is juicy, delicate, and rich, featuring baked apples, white peach, soft citrus, and delicious pastry notes with hints of butter. The wine boasts good concentration, acidity, and intensity, with a fantastic mousse and a long, balanced finish. With shiny light gold color and shy bubbles, it also reveals warming aromas of white flowers, acacia blossom, fresh yeast, fresh cream, and yellow plums, culminating in a bold and lively experience.
