Chêne Bleu Viognier 2021

As the grape matures, Viognier requires increasing attention. Too much sun can diminish the aromas, while not enough can lead to wines lacking character. Thanks to the altitude of the estate and its abundant sunshine, they create a voluptuous wine characterized by its texture, beautiful acidity, and alluring aromas of flowers and honey. Hats off to the Viogniers of the Northern Rhône!
