Excellent quality. Well-crafted. It has a smooth texture and a delightful lingering finish with notes of apricot, peach, oak, stone fruit, lemon, pineapple, melon, and apple. It starts off quite well, but really opens up after about 15 to 20 minutes. The aroma is intensely floral and fruity, with a refreshing acidity that tickles the palate. The taste is elegant and refined, featuring floral notes like hawthorn and acacia, along with white fruits such as vine peach. There’s a very subtle bitterness at the end, and it has a wonderful length!
