Due to the frost of the 2021 vintage the Domaine chose to blend several sites including two 1er Cru's rather than offer very small parcels separately. As such this wine is a single white cuvee of Clos des Vignes Rondes, Teppes des Cheneves, 1er Cru Crausot and 1er Cru Petit Marole.
A subtle touch of wood complements the vaguely exotic aromas of white peach, with background notes of pineapple and lychee. The rich, dense, and vibrant mid-palate flavors are enhanced by citrus-tinged acidity, leading to a stony finish with hints of quinine. Intriguingly, if tasted blind, this could easily be mistaken for a Chablis.
