The Schioppettino Riserva “Minò” maintains its usual quality of structure and concentration, typical of this selection. Intense ruby with coral reflections, intense and broad aroma with pronounced hints of black pepper, cocoa, coconut, licorice, black cherry jam, bay leaves and eucalyptus. The taste is well structured, enveloping, savory and with a juicy and soft tannin. Only 1,300 bottles are produced.
