This certified organic blend of 65% Grenache, 25% Carignan, and 10% Syrah & Cabernet Sauvignon is cold macerated for 7 days, then aged 14 months in French and Hungarian oak.
Deep purple in the glass, it opens with fruit tea, ripe red plums, and pomegranate, giving way to a chewy, mineral-driven palate with notes of dark berries, Mediterranean herbs, and cocoa. Rich, structured, and persistent — a bold red from one of Spain's most prestigious DOCa appellations. Best with grilled lamb or roasted meats. Drink through 2030.
