As the estate’s flagship, 'Les Murs' comes from under one hectare of 70–100 year old vines on limestone. The only cuvée aged 12–18 months in seasoned oak, it offers incredible concentration and textural depth, reflected in its high 4.2 Vivino rating.
The 2023 is luminous: ripe apple and white blossom with a touch of honey. The palate shows laser-sharp acidity and creamy weight, finishing with crystalline minerals. Seductive now, it has the structural integrity for serious long-term aging.
