A grower champagne from Belval-sous-Châtillon, R. Faivre's Blanc de Noirs is 100% hand-harvested Pinot Meunier from clay-limestone soils. No malolactic fermentation preserves tension; aged 15–24 months on lees, dosage at 0.5 g/L Extra Brut — zero herbicides.
