Earning 93 points from Vinous (Antonio Galloni), this 2016 Grand Cru blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay is fermented in small cement tanks using only free-run juice, then aged 60 months on lees — a commitment to purity and patience that defines Paul Bara's uncompromising philosophy.
