Disgorged in March 2022, this Champagne opens beautifully after 30 minutes, revealing aromas of white pear, lime, green apple, yellow plum, brioche, and chalk.

On the palate, it showcases medium lemon color and pronounced intensity, featuring notes of pastry, almond, brioche, lemon, apple, peach, dried apricot, blossom, and cream. The wine is dry with high acidity, medium alcohol, and a full body, culminating in a long finish. An outstanding wine, it pairs perfectly with fresh oysters.
