The 2017 vintage is quite impressive, showcasing an organic character with hints of honey and cabbage on the nose. The palate reveals notes of apricot and carambola, making it very gastronomic.

Bone dry and bordering on astringent, it features bruised apple, lemon drop, green apple, ripe pear, brioche, and chalk, delivering a refreshing and crisp long finish.

Its incredible fine bubbles lead to aromas of brioche, apple, nectarine, hazelnut, almond, and iris. On the palate, it envelops the mouth with delicacy, leaving a lasting impression even after swallowing, complemented by beautiful bitterness.
