Farmed organically and biodynamically with minimal sulfur and no chemical additives, this wine aged in concrete eggs to preserve freshness and purity. Production is extremely limited.
Fresh Citrus & Elegant Minerality
The wine offers bright, fresh aromatics with notes of white flowers, citrus, and stone fruit. The palate is vibrant and clean with layers of lemon, white peach, and subtle herbal notes. Medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a mineral edge, it balances freshness with depth. The finish is elegant and persistent with a saline touch.
