This wine is a sophisticated expression of the diverse vineyard sites across our estate. As the vines age, their metabolism slows, resulting in grapes that yield wines with enhanced complexity in both fruit character and structure. It boasts a deep color, with aromas of spicy fruit and pepper, complemented by flavors of ripe berries and refined tannins on the finish, creating a wine that is both full-bodied and elegant. Aged exclusively in French oak, with 25% of the wine matured in new barrels, this Syrah is named after a character from The Ginger Man by J.P. Donleavy, a favorite novel of Raoul Beaumont.
