Hundred Acre Kayli Morgan Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, berry-sorted and fermented in small French oak puncheons before extended barrel aging on Howell Mountain's cool clay soils.
Fruitcake, cassis, baked plums and forest floor lead the nose, with hoisin, charcuterie and clove oil beneath. Full-bodied and seductive, chewy tannins carry a lively backbone to a long, spicy finish.
