This exceptional white wine blend combines 65% Altesse and 35% Jacquère, sourced from certified organic vineyards in Chautagne (Sébastien Thevenet) and Abymes (Vincent Gateau). The grapes grow in distinctive limestone molasse and limestone scree soils, mirroring the domaine's unique terroir, with 50-year-old vines producing concentrated, flavorful fruit. Crafted using traditional methods - direct pressing, 12-hour settling, and stainless steel fermentation - the wine ages for 6 months on its lees, developing remarkable complexity while maintaining vibrant freshness.
