Since 2021, winemakers and longtime friends Romain Dupont and Guillaume Bellon have pursued their dream of crafting artisanal wines from their own 4.8-hectare estate in Frangy, Haute-Savoie. With a decade of expertise in winemaking, sommelier work, and wine sales, they now focus on organic conversion, cultivating local varieties like Altesse, Roussette, Jacquère, Mondeuse, and Gamay in the region’s unique Moraine Glacière soil—a poor, glacial deposit that ensures low yields of intensely concentrated grapes. Situated at 500 meters altitude with a southern exposure, their vineyards produce wines with remarkable freshness and depth. This cuvée balances traditional richness with vibrant acidity, offering layered flavors of lemon curd, apple sauce, gravel, lime zest, and smoked herbs.
