The Les Chaffots Premier Cru 2021 reflects Michel Magnien's signature low-intervention winemaking: whole-cluster fermentation, minimal sulphur, and measured French oak ageing that preserves the vineyard's natural freshness and mineral tension above all else.
In the glass, this Burgundy premier cru pours a translucent ruby, offering a lifted nose of wild strawberry, red cherry, dried violet, forest floor, and subtle spice, with a silky, precise palate and a long, saline-edged finish.
