92-94 pts (Jasper Morris MW) - Jean-Pierre Guyon Mes Nuages 2023 is the most personal expression from the Guyon estate — a Vin de France Pinot Noir born from his signature en nuages hand-snipping technique, blending Vosne-Romanée, Chorey-lès-Beaune and Burgundy village parcels into one seamless cuvée. Aged 12 months in lightly toasted oak, then finished entirely in Italian Clayver ceramic vessels to preserve pure, unmasked fruit.
The nose is vivid and expressive - dark cherry, cinnamon, mocha and a lifted floral perfume. The palate is creamy and silky, with ripe red fruit, chocolate and a bright, salty, clean finish of real density and energy. Best from 2027.
