Five generations of the Jermann family have farmed Ribolla Gialla in Friuli, and this wine partly ages in Slavonian oak barrels for six months, blending in small percentages of Friulano and Riesling Renano for added depth.
Bright straw yellow with green reflections, it opens with elderflower, sliced apples and waxed lemon, unfolding into a structured, brooding palate with engaging minerality. The finish is long, dry and savory, a standout italy white for any occasion.
