From the walled, 45-degree Clos des Goisses vineyard in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Philipponnat's 2014 Extra Brut blends 71% Pinot Noir and 29% Chardonnay, partially barrel-fermented and aged over eight years without malolactic fermentation.
