The 2021 Le Luc is a standout Pinot Noir that has garnered acclaim from critics and wine enthusiasts alike. Bursting with vibrant, just-ripe tart cherry essence, it opens with aromatic layers of dusty red flowers, elegant potpourri spices, and seductive notes of red and black berries, musk, floral perfume, tea leaf, and white pepper. Medium-bodied and beautifully focused, the palate delivers crystalline purity with crunchy red fruits, luscious texture, and bright acidity, complemented by velvety tannins and a graceful, lingering finish. Subtle oak spices and a refined tannic edge add depth and complexity.

Crafted with 35% whole-berry fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in 228-litre barrels (35% new) and an additional 18 months in bottle. With only 5,500 bottles produced, this limited-edition Pinot Noir is both charming and accessible, yet has the structure to evolve gracefully. Critics praise its Burgundian elegance, polished tannins, and potential to develop further, recommending a drinking window from 2024 to 2030.
