Brothers Arnaud and David Lavantureux craft this wine from 0.95 hectares of 40-year-old vines on an extremely steep slope (over 50%) between Chablis and Beine. The vineyard's pure limestone soils and hand-worked terroir create wines of striking minerality and purity.

Half Oak, Half Steel & Extended Lees

The wine is half-aged in 5-year-old barrels and half in stainless steel, preserving freshness while adding complexity.

Light straw yellow reveals citrus, lemongrass, nashi pear, and oriental spices with black tea nuances. The palate shows Old World Chablis character—candle wax, lemon, and intense minerality.
