This resulted in a limited yield of Brut Grande Sendrée in 2012, which boasts a delicate and profound floral aroma, emitting scents of pear, peach, orchard fruits, toasted bread, and spices. The body is medium to full, rich and concentrated, with clear layers, a strict structure, and a tense yet ethereal Champagne, characterized by a piquant acidity.
