White Fruit & Lemon Zest Freshness

Discreet and fresh with aromas of white fruits, wildflowers, lemon peel, sweet spices, and brioche. The palate is round and juicy with a very pleasant fresh sensation reminiscent of lemon zest. Suckling praised "strawberry puree with lemon bush and overt viennoiserie". Pale lemon with fine persistent mousse, medium body, and lively structure featuring lemons, apricots, yeast, and seashell notes. The finish is delicate with elegant minerality and ripe yellow lemons. Perfect with seafood, oysters, sea bass, and lobster.
