Propelled to the forefront of Touraine's new wave by Robert Parker's Wine Advocate for "wines of striking purity," this Pinot Noir comes from meticulously tended organic vines across the estate's mosaic of terroirs.

Burgundian Barrel Aging & Cool Fermentation

Hand-harvested with 20% whole clusters, the grapes undergo gentle cold maceration for 9 days before fermenting in tank. Aged in ex-Pillot and Coche-Dury barrels (no new oak) with malolactic fermentation in cask, then bottled with minimal sulfur. Decanting for 45 minutes is highly recommended to unlock aromatic complexity.

Glistening Ruby & Crunchy Red Fruit

The glistening ruby color opens to aromas of tangy currant, cherries, fresh spices, and delicate woody notes. Supple and refreshing on the palate, this gourmand Pinot delivers crunchy fruit precision stretched by fine, silky tannins.
